Who is Startup, Legally for?

Startups that are looking to raise capital from investors that may be subject to SEC regulations. Anyone that can afford thousands for a lawyer to make sure you are planning correctly should strongly consider it. Typically, anyone that relies on a business for their livelihood (usually as a full time business) should strongly consider using a lawyer. But, for those that aren't going to pull the trigger on a lawyer, we want to help you get by until you're ready to do it.
