Who is Startup, Legally for?
Online entrepreneurs, side hustles, startups, and any business within the first couple years that has not hired an attorney. It is designed to get you by until you can afford an attorney. The information in Startup, Legally teaches you how to protect your business in its early stages and how to handle the paperwork involved in starting a business. Anyone that can afford thousands for a lawyer to make sure you are planning correctly should strongly consider it. Typically, anyone that relies on a business for their livelihood (usually as a full time business) should strongly consider using a lawyer. But, for those that aren't going to pull the trigger on a lawyer, we want to help you get by until you're ready to do it.
